The leaf itself requires an eight-step manufacturing process, and the 0.1μm thick gold leaf is easily damaged by slight breezes or static electricity, and the entire process to put this thin gold leaf onto a fountain pen and furthermore make it durable is finally completed after about one and a half years since conceptualization.
