Disconnect the negative battery cable</p> <p>2. Take off the intake hose, mass airflow sensor, and air filter.</p> <p>3. Loosen the belt tensioner.</p> <p>4. Remove the belt from the pulley.</p> <p>5. Loosen and remove the alternator.</p> <p>6. Remove dust and oil from the installation position.</p> <p>7. Install the new alternator.</p> <p>8. Replace the bolts, and reattach all connections.</p> <p>9. Reinstall the belt.</p> <p>10. Connect the intake hose and reinstall the mass airflow sensor</p> <p>11. Reconnect the negative battery cable</p>
